All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Methods of payment
Little Toot Creations accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal – most credit cards are also accepted. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Little Toot's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you would prefer to make a direct bank deposit, please contact me for details. I ask that you complete your payment with 48 hours, or your order may be cancelled. Items will not be shipped until payments are cleared.
Shipping
Because many of Little Toot's clothing items are handmade to order, please expect up to 2 weeks for delivery. Your parcel will usually be sent by Australia Post's Click and Send service, which includes tracking for no extra cost. International orders are also welcome. If you have questions about the cost of international shipping, please contact me.

When you shop with Little Toot Creations you are not only supporting a work-at-home mum but you are also buying from an Australian registered business (ABN 80754 675 683). All of my products comply with relevant Australian mandatory requirements for things such as care and content labelling and I take great care to ensure that my products do not breach copyright or international trademarks.
Garment care
Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a product that will withstand every day wear and tear, I do recommend washing handmade garments in cold water on the gentle cycle and do not tumble dry.

If you see an item in the store that you would like in another colour or size, please contact me at bec@littletootcreations.com.au to discuss your options. Not all styles will always be available in all sizes, but I will do my best to accommodate your needs!
